This privacy policy explains how MgtWell Property L.L.C. ("MgtWell", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website, contact us or work with us.

Who we are
MgtWell Property L.L.C. is a Dubai real estate brokerage, registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) under no. 65085, with Dubai trade licence no. 1656273. Our office is at Office No. 22, 1st Floor, Opal Business Center, Opal Towers, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
The law we follow
We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, which came into force on 2 January 2022. Some parts of that law depend on implementing regulations that, as of October 2026, have not been fully issued. We follow the law as it stands and will update this policy as the rules develop.
For EU and UK visitors, we honour the rights given by the GDPR and UK GDPR, in addition to any rights under UAE law.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and country.
- Your enquiry: budget, preferred areas, timeline and goals.
- Messages, call notes and documents you send us.
- If you proceed with a purchase, sale or lease: identity documents, proof of address, source of funds information and other details required by law.
Information collected automatically:
- Technical data such as IP address, browser, device type and pages visited.
- Cookie and analytics data, as described below.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

Contact forms
Details you submit through a website form are stored in our CRM system so we can reply and follow up.
Many clients prefer WhatsApp. If you message us there, your messages and number are processed by WhatsApp (part of Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, as well as by us. We may record a summary of the conversation in our CRM. If you prefer not to send identity documents over WhatsApp, we can provide another method.
Cookies and analytics
We use:
- Essential cookies that the website needs to work.
- Analytics cookies and tools that help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. These tools are provided by third parties.
- Marketing cookies or pixels, if used, to measure advertising.
Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
CRM storage (GoHighLevel)
We store enquiries, contact details, call and message notes and follow-up tasks in GoHighLevel, a CRM platform provided by HighLevel. HighLevel processes this data on our behalf. Its servers may be located outside the UAE, including in the United States.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed:
- With developers, sellers, landlords, banks, trustees and the Dubai Land Department to progress your transaction.
- With our representatives abroad, if you were introduced by one or ask to work with one.
- With service providers such as our CRM, email, website hosting and analytics providers.
- With authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
Because we work with buyers around the world and use international service providers, your data may be transferred outside the UAE. When we do this, we take reasonable steps to protect it, for example by using reputable providers and contractual safeguards.
Marketing consent and opting out
We send marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by:
- Clicking unsubscribe in any email.
- Replying STOP to a WhatsApp or text message.
- Emailing us at mgtwellproperties@gmail.com.
Opting out does not affect messages about an active transaction.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Transaction and due diligence records: at least 5 years after the transaction or business relationship ends, as required by UAE anti-money laundering law, and longer if another law requires it.
- Marketing preferences: for as long as needed to respect your choice, including a record that you opted out.
How we protect your data
We use access controls and reputable service providers. No system is completely secure, so contact us immediately if you think your data has been affected.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
- Restrict or stop certain processing.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
- Not be subject to decisions made only by automated processing that significantly affect you.
EU and UK visitors can also complain to their local data protection authority. We aim to reply to requests within 30 days and may need to verify your identity.
