Do people in your community ask you about Dubai property? Our Dubai property referral program lets trusted professionals and community leaders abroad introduce those buyers to a licensed Dubai brokerage, and stay involved as their local point of contact. You build relationships where you live. Our RERA-registered team in Dubai handles the transaction.
Who the Dubai property referral program is for
Typical representatives include:
- Real estate agents and brokers in their home country.
- Financial advisers, accountants and mortgage professionals whose clients ask about overseas property.
- Relocation, immigration and business consultants.
- Community leaders in diaspora networks who are often the first person friends and family ask for advice.
We are focusing on the USA, the UK, Germany, Canada, India, Pakistan and the Gulf. If you are elsewhere and see demand, talk to us. Our international pages show the countries we cover in more detail, such as buyers from the USA and buyers from the UK.
What representatives do
Representatives introduce clients. They do not broker property in Dubai. In practice, that means:
- Meeting interested buyers locally, in person or online, and in their language.
- Explaining how buying in Dubai works at a general level, using our guides such as the Dubai Off-Plan Investor Guide.
- Introducing the buyer to our Dubai team, with the buyer's consent.
- Staying in touch as a familiar local contact, for example joining calls or helping with document collection.
What our Dubai team does
All transaction work in Dubai is handled by our RERA-registered brokers. That includes:
- Advising on specific properties, prices and contract terms.
- Verifying project registration, escrow accounts and title.
- Preparing and signing brokerage agreements and contracts.
- Working with developers, sellers, banks, trustees and the Dubai Land Department.
- Running customer due diligence checks required under UAE anti-money laundering law.
This split matters. Dubai's broker regulations require anyone practising real estate brokerage in Dubai to be licensed and entered in the DLD brokers register.
Referral fees: how they work
We know referral arrangements are a sensitive topic, so we keep them simple and transparent:
- In writing first. Any referral fee is agreed in a signed written agreement before you introduce clients. No verbal promises.
- Compliant with UAE rules. Under Dubai's broker regulations, commission is set by written agreement and is payable to licensed brokers on a concluded deal. Any arrangement with a representative must be structured to comply with UAE rules, and we take advice to make sure it does.
- Compliant with your local rules. Your own country, licence or profession may limit referral payments or require disclosure to clients. You are responsible for checking those rules, and we will not ask you to break them.
- Disclosed to clients where required, so buyers know who is involved and how.
- Paid properly. Payments are made by bank transfer to an account in your name or your company's name, with invoices and records.
General information, not tax/legal advice. Speak to a qualified adviser in your country.
Our standards for representatives
Representatives carry our name, so we ask them to follow the same rules we do:
- No guaranteed returns. Never promise rental income, price growth or visa outcomes.
- No independent Dubai property ads. Dubai property advertising requires a DLD permit issued through the Trakheesi system. Share only the approved materials we provide.
- No handling of client money. Buyers pay into escrow or through official transfer processes, never through a representative.
- No claimed partnerships with developers.
- Honest introductions. Tell clients clearly that you are a MgtWell representative, not a Dubai-licensed broker.
What you get
- A licensed Dubai brokerage to refer clients to, with an escrow-first approach.
- Plain-English guides and materials you can share.
- Regular updates on rules and the market, based on published sources.
- A direct line to our Dubai team for your clients' questions.
How to apply
Tell us about yourself, the country and community you work in, and the kind of clients you meet. We will arrange a call, explain the agreement and check that the arrangement works under the rules that apply to you. Use our contact page to start the conversation.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Dubai real estate licence to be a representative?
No, because representatives do not practise brokerage in Dubai. Under Dubai's broker rules, only licensed brokers entered in the DLD brokers register may broker property in Dubai, so all Dubai transaction work is done by our RERA-registered brokers.
How are representatives paid?
Any referral fee is agreed in a written agreement before you introduce clients. The structure must comply with UAE rules and with the rules that apply to you in your own country, and payment is made only by bank transfer against proper records.
Can I advertise Dubai properties on my own social media?
Not on your own. Dubai property ads must carry a DLD advertising permit issued through the Trakheesi system, so you may only share materials we provide that carry the correct permit details.
Which countries are you recruiting in?
We are focusing on the USA, the UK, Germany, Canada, India, Pakistan and the Gulf, and we welcome enquiries from other countries with strong communities of potential Dubai buyers.
