Listings and Trakheesi permits
In Dubai, real estate advertisements require a permit issued by the Dubai Land Department through the Trakheesi system, and the permit number must appear on the ad. Listings we publish carry their permit details. Licensed ads also carry a QR code that you can scan to check the permit and property details yourself.
A listing is not an offer and does not form a contract. Availability, specifications, floor plans and images may change, and computer-generated images and show apartments may differ from the finished property.
